Blizzard seems to have added damage multipliers to Legion raids for Level 70 characters on the Dragonflight Beta, making it easier to solo of Mythic Legion raid bosses. According to Reddit reports, Blizzard has added damage multipliers for max-level characters in Legion raids on the Beta. On this page, you will find a list of changes between Normal/Heroic modes and Mythic mode, as well as a working strategy to defeat Kil'jaeden in Tomb of Sargeras in Mythic mode. So what I've found is that you need to kill Kil'jaeden before that happens. The phase swap is at around 40% and two of us at ~220 ilvl are enough to kill Kil'jaeden during the cast for the last phase. Just save all cooldowns and bloodlust and everything for that part.
